- IsItUp is looking for a Project Lead that will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and successful outcome of Product Development Projects. The Project Lead's role is to ensure that projects are carried out according to the strategy and vision of the company.
- Collaborate with business partners and regional counterparts to efficiently write requirements and implement projects.
- Possess a strong values – the ability to work and stay focused until a job is done regardless of time, day, and location are essential.
- Able to handle multiple projects very well at once.
- Planning and executing meetings -- in person and remotely.
- Negotiate win-win solutions to issues as they arise.
- History of setting aggressive yet attainable goals, and motivating teams to achieve them.
- Work effectively and efficiently with internal team, clients, and other organizations.
- Plan, manage and execute, multiple, simultaneous, large- and small-scale projects, including product development, engineering milestones, and business targets.
- Proactively develop and disseminate written communications including delivery status reporting, project plans and statistics as needed.
- To establish and effectively apply company’s methodology and enforces project standards.
- To ensure that dependencies between projects are managed effectively.
- To work with department heads in the effective management and utilisation of constrained resources. - Requirements :
- - Experience with Agile software development Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree or Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Project Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience with start-ups or related field, preferably senior executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
- PMP, ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL, Lean or other project management certifications with demonstrable application desired
- Experience in web technology implementation (including backend integrations) over the last few years
- 2-3 years of experience in a role leading a project team of at least 5 members from multiple business units or geographic locations
- Must demonstrate proficiency in project management discipline and advanced software tools required to execute the responsibilities of the position such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
- Detailed oriented, passion to learn and commitment to self-improvement
- Adaptable, ability to work independently and in teams - Lowest Qualification :
