Description :: -Manage and review cross functional dashboard reports.
-Analyze operations KPIs and analyze key performance trends including SPCS.
-Review and identify gaps in existing process workflow for safety, productivity, cost and quality improvement.
-Commentate in depth analysis and offer stakeholder recommendations for improvements.
-Design, formulate and implement business change management, process analytics and workflow, WI ensuring best practice standards.
-Understand and identify process and procedural change elements with appropriate technical solution impact to meets expected output target and quality standards.
-Collate reports and presentations for regional senior management.
-Advise on any analytics framework development and coordinate budget planning and improvement project initiatives.
-Escalate issues and provide solutions to management.
-Execute testing for new process development before running to higher mass production
-Monitor and control material parts/product flow at each level of production process.
-Develop management control systems
-Focus on lean manufacturing which is to eliminate 7 waste in production floor
-Determine capacity requirement
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in:

1.In depth involvement with end to end process change management projects
2.Scoping and solutions identification
3.MIS and framework analytics
4.High proficiency in English
5.Visual analytics tools, Ms Office and SQL
6.Minitab
