- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executives
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the MD of his daily appoitments, important tasks and deadlines
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liasing with staff, suppliers and clients
- Handle partially of HR related matters 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience
