Description :: '- To assign work to subordinate so that the work progress and result is comply on client requirement
- Project and site activities management
- Supervise and monitor the overall project’s progress and status
- Material planning and deliver schedule management
- To ensure the quality of work is always in acceptance or approve level
- To maintain the good company image in the market
- Arrange client’s work as per client instruction
- Conduct site meeting & represent company to attend the meeting organized by client
- Control and minized the wastage in labours and material
- Co-ordinate and consult with client to solve the technical problem arise at site
- To ensure the sufficient of materials is available is meet the specification for works and the materials quality
- To ensure and check the sub-cont. works are as stated in the construction
- To ensure site and project and projects are implemented accordingly to ISO 9001 and relevant SOP
- To conduct training to new site personnel
- To perform other relevant duties as when directed by management by time to time
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s)l working experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Applicant must be able to work independently and able to communicate well
• Applicant with high rise building experience is preferred
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
