- To handle office day-to-day operations
- Provide full administrative support to the team
- To handle office upkeep, building maintenance, company’s asset etc
- Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment to ensure proper maintained and serviced
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, securities services, etc
- To support on insurance, licence renewal etc
- Monitor, maintain and order office supplies etc, and research new deals and suppliers
- Good coordination work
- Perform other related duties as assigned 
Requirements :
- Minimum diploma, bachelor of degree
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in the related field is requited
- Able to work independently, proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvement
- Team Player able to work efficient and effectively with other staffs, flexible and willing to handle wide range of assignments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
