Description :: Primary Objectives of Position
1) Main link person for marketing and production
2) Compile and co-ordinate correct information & document to marketing and production.
3) Check all submission to buyer are correct and on time.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
1) Development stage received artwork from marketing.
2) Issue fabric PO or subcon PO.
3) Request marketing on original swatch quality to be given to knitting department to copy.
4) Once received sample chart, artwork and original cad, prepare sample chart PO to production or subcon.
5) Follow up production ready date, from greige, dyeing out, setting out, packing out until send to printer.
6) Provide printer necessary details artwork, colour standard, request sample chart and update ready date of sample /strike off submission.
7) Follow up packing inspection report and send yardage to sample room.
8) Prepare quality submission to buyer.
9) Send sample yardage to sample room as per HQ MR request.
10) Prepare dye lot submission for Mr Mah/Ibrahim review first then send to buyer.
11) Follow up comments/approval lab-dips and strike off and coordinate /emails to HQ marketing.
12) Prepare fabric for testing and send to lab test company.
13) Follow up test result, if failed prepare again fabric for retest until given pass report
14) Prepare Delivery Note 3 copies to be send to factory and accounts
15) Prepare Packing list to be attached with delivery note to factory (3 copies).
16) Prepare subsequent dye lot of all batches, all colours cut into 3"x4 "
17) Copy shrinkage report to be attached to fabric yardage QA sample
18) For subcon dyeing, must double check invoice and packing list whether is correct. Must write the corresponding unit price per yd follow buyer PO and handover to Shipping for documentation.
19) Sign off ITS test report
20) Sign off DO documents of printer
21) Update shipment completion report.
22) Attend to quality defects complaint concerns by factory.
Requirements :: - At least Diploma/Degree in Engineering / account or equivalents
- At least 3 year(s) of sales and marketing experience
- A good knowledge and understanding of company product.
- Able to work independently without any supervision
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal and bargaining skills
- can be good communicate in English is a must
