Description :: -Support and follow up existing customer and develop new customer.
-Sales enquiries/ registration
-Overseeing and developing marketing campaign, promotion activities
-Attend exhibition and roadshow arranged by the company
-Analyzes the competition to create plan for engagement
-Conduct marketing intelligence and survey as required supporting sales and marketing plan
-Utilize and explore social media platform to create awareness, gain interest and promotional campaign.
-Responsible to undertake the total sales administrative function, in support of the sales team.
Requirements :: -Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Property Development industry.
-Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
-Must be dynamic, resourceful, aggressive, initiate and self-motivate.
-Possess positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Pleasant, patience, and must be able to work on weekend or public holiday.
-Computer skill in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
