Description :: - Assist and be responsible for the security guards, CCTV security and cleaning vendor
- Responsible for monitoring the operation of air conditioning systems in buildings
- Responsible for supervising and reviewing the work of the contractor to comply with the standards and specifications
- Responsible help build internal and external checks and determining the type and amount of maintenance work required
- Responsible for inspecting and evaluating the physical, mechanical and electrical components of buildings, hoist / lift facilities
- Coordinates with the Building Authority for inspection of building facilities, equipment and ensure that they meet local safety requirements and standards
- Responsible for inspecting fire extinguishers and alarm control system for workability
- Monitor coordinate development schedule fire safety study by FSB and other facilities survey
Requirements :: - Candidates must have 'O' Level or GCE Diploma in any area or equivalent certificate in engineering with experience in similar
- Having knowledge of building maintenance management
- Has a general understanding of building equipment and mechanical & electrical system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a basic knowledge of fire safety management
- Have a basic supervisory management skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
