- - Responsible for providing technical support to the line and make sure the tasks performed settled in full cGMP compliance
- Need to handle the production machine and ensure production meets daily output
- Responsible for performing quality checks during the manufacturing process to ensure product quality to meet specifications
- Responsible perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs or fixtures
- Responsible for performing duties in accordance with safety procedures to ensure the safety of the plant
- Responsible for implementing data collection and recording of data on a specified machine and process data log book or record key
- Responsible for ensuring that all processes / activities carried out are in accordance and compliance with the approved procedures and quality standards
- Responsible to suggest areas of improvement based on the current state of online experience / problem solving
- Responsible for assisting and supporting R & D and / or project team in the new machine setup, upgrades, research and qualification period
- Responsible to perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor - Requirements :
- - Candidates must have Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- Have 1 year of relevant experience in a fully automated manufacturing environment
-Have Hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical components
- Have a good understanding of electrical diagrams and / or mechanical
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts and willing to work long hours on both weekdays and weekends when required
- Employees are responsible and independent requiring minimal supervision - Lowest Qualification :
