- a) Lead and manage the Procurement Department.
b) Managing Procurement functions with leadership in coaching and supports
c) Develop and implement policies and procedures.
d) Plan and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and timely delivery.
e) Ensure the compliance of corporate business ethic and code of conduct in purchasing activities.
f) Source and maintain good reliable suppliers in order to ensure continuity of production.
g) Liaise and work with other departments pertaining to purchase of materials matters.
h) Sourcing for new supply source as to maintain competitive raw material costs.
i) Negotiate for the best prices, contracts and payment terms with suppliers, vendors and freight forwarders to provide maximum benefit to the Company.
j) Resourceful in Materials, Services and Project / Engineering procurement

- Requirements :
- a) Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
b) At least 8 years of working experience in the related field with minimum 3 years in managerial capacity.
c) Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
d) High integrity and professional ethics.
