- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, foreign workers management, immigration matters & employee welfare.
Provide advice, controls & guidance to line management on all HR related matters in line with Malaysian Labor Law & Company Policies.
Responsible for liaising with Government Personnel & employee related matters & other respective HR issues.
Preparing, assisting, monitoring and maintaining the day-to-day admin and operation activities.
To undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
To prepare relevant reports, statistic & analysis on HR/Admin related activities.
Requirements - Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office.
Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Required language(s): Chinese, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
