Description :: - Early involvement in New Projects and Product Development Process
- Responsible in process time study, line balancing, line setup and relay out activities.
- Analyse current operations, methods and resource utilization and recommend alternative method(s) aimed at improving efficiency in the use of resources such as materials, manpower & machineries
Develop and define a proper process flow and assembly lines, process audit and work instructions verifications.
- To identify and select proper tools, equipment, jigs and fixtures needed for projects and/or processes.
- Verify jigs, fixtures, participate process quotation, capacity analysis, and indirect material consumption.
- To analyse and respond to customer complaint on the product, conduct testing and compile the data with conclusion.
- Work closely with in Project Management Team together with QA, Design, Mould, Sales & Production departments
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing or industrial process
- Good in line balancing study, time study, improvement method and calculation (Box Build, FMEA)
- Computer literate- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Good in English, Chinese and Malay.
