Disciplinary - domestic inquiries (DI), grievance, counseling
Responsible for Industrial Relation cases and communicates all the related activities and movements to the management as and when required
Analyze and review the late coming and absenteeism of the employees for the improvement of the manufacturing productivity
To maintain good employee relations among the staff and ensure that employee grievances are tackled in a diplomatic manner and to take disciplinary actions when the need arises.
Responsible for Foreign Workers Management
Responsible for foreign workers hostel, canteen facilities and sports Club
- Requirements :
- Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
Minimum 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English well.
Possess knowledge of the Trade Union Act, Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, OSHA Act, Foreign Workers Management.
Should be able to work independently, be proactive and have interpersonal and communication skills.
Good rapport with local government authorities/agencies ie; Immigration, MIDA etc.
