Description :: - Responsible for all daily quality matters relating to the manufacturing process. Spot Check log book & record evidence & finding).
- Co-ordinate all QC operations documentation and daily job distributions (eg. Verify QC Report).
- Ensure Implementation and operation of document control is maintained in accordance to ISO standards.
- Responsible for measuring equipment calibration. (eg. Ensure calibration done in order).
- Able to prepare QA work instruction & QA checking standard (eg. Create SOP for new product & QA Check Sheet).
- Monitor customer NCR & CAR and come out the preventive action.
- Able to prepare QA monthly report. (eg. Cus NCR & monthly output quantity).
- Provide training to new QA/QC inspector.
- Ensure understand & handling of Sirim’s audit & application.
- To monitor for the Sirim and ST application & renewal.
- Organize daily operation of QC checking & report, should voice out if any defect found with evidence recorded. (eg. Inspection Report).
- Lead the Weekly QC Meeting, prepare minutes meeting and follow up outstanding matters.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Required skill(s): quality assurance, quality control, QMS, ISO9001 Awareness
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
