Established in 1990 as Sarpi Enterprise, sole-proprietor Mr Lim Yaw Lam who started with rubber manufacturing co. Lian Hwa Mfg. Sdn. Bhd. Air Keroh, Melaka as Marketing Executive - Production Manager - Factory Manager - Senior Manager from 1978 - 1990. Exporting rubber product to Singapore from 1991, 100% to Rayco Technologies Pte. Ltd. Incorporated as SARPI Enterprise Sdn . Bhd. in 07 June ,1994, join venture with Rayco Rubber Manufacturing Co. Pte. Ltd. of Singapore 50/50% which provide technical support to SARPI.

Rayco Rubber rename to Rayco Technologies Pte. Ltd. in March 2000, a world class rubber manufacturer for aviation, audio & video, computer & peripherals, medical & etcs. Intend to transfer technology to SARPI provided obtain the pioneer status from MIDA.

Obtained Manufacturing License in 04 March ,1996, instead of pioneer status from MIDA. Rayco rubber pull out from SARPI in Dec 1996, due to unable to obtain pioneer status and move to China.
