Description :: -Responsible for outdoor services assigned by Customer Service Department on daily basis, be it installation, repairing, servicing of product at customer’s premise.
- Provide hands-on work on minor repairs
- Ensuring all customer services are attended to promptly and satisfaction maintained.
- Respond to customer service complaints and attend to door-step service to customer.
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, any field.
