Description :: 1. Project Engineer
- Preparing and issuing of drawing, BOM, ECN, CPK and FAI.
- Continuous improvement and implementation on tooling and production performance and output.
- Preparation For tool trial, sample preparation, submission and approval.
- Coordinate and setting with others department on BOM into Baan System.
- Coordinate & advise Production & QC on the requirement and specification of NPI parts.

2. Production / Process / Test Engineer
- Liaise with customers, manage engineering changes and quality-related issues as well as co-ordinate new product introductions (NPI)
- To develop and provide solutions to improve tooling capabilities.
- Lead/Work in team to drive cost, quality, and productivity improvement.
- Ensure mold are properly characterize (Mould, Machine, material and process) through window studies by using DOE, SPC, control plans, and FMEA. and at the same time able maximize productivity of molding machines and efficiency of team member.
- Deploy best practices in conventional and double shot-injection molding.
- Train and develop team members competencies in molding process.
- Ensure that technical issues affecting molding production are addressed in a timely manner to meet delivery / assembly
- Identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities on assigned projects.
- Optimize cycle time and quality through scientific molding approach.
- Work with tooling and maintenance team to resolve mold related issue.

3. Assembly Engineer
- Assembles single components to a semi finish or finish products
- Regular maintenance of equipment, regular cleaning of assembly equipment, on time assembly process, high awareness / ownership in quality, attitude on continuous improvement and attitude on waste reduction.
- Document every changes made and required to provide training for the new workers with all the technical knowledge they need
- Provide any other engineering support that the plant might need, including the repairing and troubleshooting of equipment which could happen within the organization or even at customer location.
- Responsible for explaining to customers how products work.
Requirements :: - Certificate/diploma/bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Specific knowledge of the technology that the company works with.
- Must be able to keep up to date with the latest technology and must continually integrate advances that will be able to improve industrial processes
- Good communication skills in required.
- Must be able to read machine assembly specifications such as mechanical drawings, schematic diagrams and engineering specifications to determine requirements.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
