Description :: - Answer Telephones, direct calls and take messages.
- Inventory and order stationery, uniform, supplies & services.
- Prepare stock inventory of uniform & stationery.
- Assist with any assignment as when required.
- Responsible for daily data entries, filing and other administration duties.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- To assist on ad-hoc related duties given by superior.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree, in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
- Required languages (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with proper co-ordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (includes Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook) and hardworking
- Must be willing to work in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor
