Description :: -The Production Manager shall provide leadership and direction for the Production Department in the Head-Office.
-Ensure all Production operation safety regulations and environment goals are met.
-Implement programs and recommend changes to improve quality, reduce costs and ensure all production quality goals are achieved.
-Ensures all customer delivery deadlines and goals are met and fulfilled.
-Troubleshoots production problems and takes preventive or corrective action.
-The Production Manager shall be responsible to organize, manage and execute short and long-term Production Assembly and Equipment Preventive Maintenance plans and strategy in the Production Department.
-Ability to multi-task, flexible, interacts well and works closely with the other department for taking immediate action and to resolve any quality or delivery issue within a shortest possible time.
-Shall be responsible for improvement of production yield and production cost efficiency and prevention of equipment downtime.
-Develop and plan an assembly equipment preventive maintenance schedule.
-Train, develop and motivate all direct subordinates in the Production Department.
-The Production Manager shall direct and coordinate the Production structure for operating units by leading, overseeing, training and motivating a team of all direct workers to ensure the production output are fulfilled.
Requirements :: -Full-Time position available.
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Quantity Survey or equivalent or SPM
-Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or logistic equivalent.
-Required language: Chinese, English
-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
