- • Plan and execute marketing strategy and tactics including the consumer marketing plan and programs necessary to meet the overall financial goals
• Provide input for objectives to assist in the business planning process to align brand strategies
• Able to work independently to deploy marketing programs and marketing mix elements for brand or multiple brands within a segment
• Generate and interpret insights derived from relevant data and reports as needed
• Constantly review category performance for ongoing improvement
• Consumer brand support for product projects based on consumer needs and develop consumer marketing support plan for launch. Support marketing services to monitor consumer trends, buying trends and uncover consumer insights that drive product development
• Work with complex and cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Trade Development, Production, Activation, Logistics and Finance
• Work with agency pool (Advertising, Media) to develop low budget, high impact strategies based on compelling 360° campaign ideas, and strong executions for all key channels
• Assist in developing pricing strategy and product positioning relative to the competitive landscape within brand segment. Utilize trade marketing and finance to provide expertise and information for pricing data analysis. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or Business Administration
- Required skill(s): MS Office- Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Demonstrable marketing experience within an FMCG environment
- Experience with concept development from insight to product launch and relaunch
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Previous experience with communication assets including developing key visuals, POS materials, TVCs, radio, outdoor and digital
