- - Carry out line inspection to ensure production operation and processing are in accordance to documented standards.
- To record all results properly and clearly in formats and control charts.
- Highlight any non-conformance of operating condition, WIP or products to related personal for immediate corrective actions.
- Compiling and updating of in process quality control data to enable all QA personnels to attain the datas as and when required.
- Counter check self-inspections performed by production personnels to ensure checks are done correctly.
- Laise with laboratory assistants on the analysis result of production samples, WIP and products to enable action to be taken in the event of non-compliance.
- To control operating condition strictly to eliminate rejection, wastage or sub-standard products.
- To buy-off machines after repairing, to inspect and ensure production machineries are in good / hygienic condition before operation, to buy-off wastages and highlight abnormalities to production supervisor / superior immediately.
- To control process deviation and eliminate the cause of quality product thus reducing unnecessary wastages. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Certificate in any field.
- Applicant with SPM level must have experience in Quality & Food Industry.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in AYER KEROH.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
