- • Liaise with customer on quality matters
• Conduct quality meetings to ensure effective corrective actions
• Perform various ISO compliance audits periodically
• The incumbent shall report and be responsible to the Quality Manager
• Shall review, maintain and ensure document and essential records for all inspection & test are proper and effective
• Shall follow up and monitor on the implemented corrective actions until closing of 8D-CAR
• Liaise with Production Manager / Coordinator for all quality problems related to parts manufacturing
• Prepare a Control Plan for evaluation and inspection of each new part / manufacturing process
• Ensure all sub-contract parts, Initial Sample Inspection, purchased items and customer-supplied product are properly inspected and recorded
• Responsible for reviewing and approving of first piece samples prior to production - Requirements :
- • Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent with more than 2 years working experience
• Prior working experience in the manufacturing industry of metal stamping or sheet metal fabrication will be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, integrity and the ability to work independently.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Applicant must willing to work in Senai, Johor - Lowest Qualification :
