Description :: - To monitor the workers working attitude and discipline, according to company rules and regulation.
- To ensure the monthly target set is achieved, the machinery / equipment fully running and the product delivered according to schedule.
- To do machine setting and confirm the machine condition before running new product and do minor repairing if the machine have faulty.
- To control the expenses related to manufacturing activity, reduce the material waste and reduce in-process reject.
- To educate subordinate with latest information and able to do consultation for problem subordinate.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in relevant experience in a similar environment
- Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication, team player and with positive working attitude
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, achievement oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate well with all level of staff
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
