Description :: -Spearhead and supervise the automation and engineering process in a fertilizer warehouse operation.
-Understand product designs and provide engineering support and leadership at engineering builds
-Lead a group of engineers to track production product problems and timely conduct fault isolation and failure analysis
-Being the engineering hub during mass production and proactively work with cross-groups to drive continuous improvement
-Provide professional recommendation to Quality team for potential product quality issues
-Provide engineering debug procedures to contract manufacturers for proper repairs
Requirements :: -Minimum Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-At least 5 years of engineering / technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Aged between 30 and 45.
-Willing to travel extensively.
