- -To study and analyze current operations, methods and resources utilization and recommend alternative method at improving efficiency in the use of labour, people and machines for productivity and quality improvements
-To participate in any company additional activities
-To set up CNC program for back-up, control lock and training
-To modify program for process cycle time and defect reduction as well as jigs & fixture modification for investment
-To prepare New Product/ Line/ Facilities/ Projects
-To make improvement on Process Productivity and Efficiency
-To educate and provide training to shopfloor members in New Product/ Line/ Facilities - Requirements :
- -Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering/ -Mechanical Engineering with min 2 years working experience
-Must be able to operate and have good knowledge in CNC machine
-Familiar with Auto CAD, Solid Edge and Six Sigma (SPC - Control Charts, etc)
-Knowledge in Minitab Software will be advantage
-Have some experience in automotive industry with minimum knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 management system requirements
-Must be familiar with Process Flow Chart, Control Plan, FMEA and SOS documentation
-Posses good interpersonality skill and likes challenging task - Lowest Qualification :
