- 1. Lead a team of Technician & Engineer to achieve Tooling Engineering KPI are meet .
2. Responsible for staff and Plan department activities in the company .
3. Lead time for molding repair, maintenance and improvement.
4. Monitor new mould receiving and transfer arrangement.
5. Develop a guide new equipment, tester & tool part.
6. Liaise with customer and coordinate all project deliverables internally and externally.
7. Monitor daily repair report and follow up pending job.
8. Monitor monthly report and responsible to deliver any assignments /tasks as assigned by HOD/GM
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial/Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Tooling field (Modification, improvement, design ,EDM, Miling, lathe)
3. Computer Skill: microsoft office, basic in Auto CAD/Solid work.
4. Required language(s): Chinese, English
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Assembly with 5 years in Managerial position.
6. Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
