Description :: 1. To lead and manage workers to achieve the organization goals and objectives, this includes training, development and performance management.
2. Have a structured and systematic plan for the functional direction, work out a solid short term and long term plan, strategy for your function, from future expansion, investment, operation to people.
3. Drive for continuous improvement especially in reducing the production cost or cost saving efforts and quality improvement.
4. Ensure all products meet the specification.
5. Responsible for functional area budgeting and forecasting exercise.
6. Ensure all operations are meeting the ISO, documentation and all regulatory requirements without non compliance issue.
7. Maximize the machine utilization in order to achieve the lowest production cost.
8. Monitor all the indicators performance closely to ensure in control to meet the goal.
9. Ensure all the equipment, tools are calibrated, maintained per the requirement.
10. To implement an effective Operator Self Inspection in ensuring all product meet the quality specifications and requirement.
