Description :: -Manage schedule, execute, supervise and monitor production activities in the factory to achieve all set production and quality target and results.
-To supervise, lead, train and coach production workers to improve their attitude & skills to achieve set targets.
-To submit daily production report accurately and timely.
-To handle & resolve all problems and issues related to production workers and production activities.
Requirements :: -Minimum Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Production / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or Management /Business Studies.
-Minimum 5 years of factory production supervision, preferably in sheet metal or steel fabrication production line.
-Have good practical experience and track record of planning, executing, supervising, monitoring and leading skilled production work and achieve set production targets.
