Description :: - Prepare quotation to customers, sales branch office & agent.
- Prepare contract & relevant docs upon order confirmation.
- Revert to overseas sales branch office, agent & customers queries.
- Engage in price negotiation & other sales condition (payment, shipment terms) with customers.
- Order key-in (Order/FOB Production Report Issuing).
- Sales review & monitoring for target achievement.
- Stock monitoring to keep low inventory.
- Special/new product marketing development.
- Issue complaint report to Factory end upon receives complaints from customers
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Candidate must be willing to travel overseas.
