- - Responsible of full set of accounts and analysis of accounts.
- Responsible for the daily accounting operational functions.
- Involve and assist in preparing monthly management reports and ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information.
- Involved and assist in yearly budgeting and planning.
- Updating of data into accounting system.
- Verification of invoices, payments and journal entries.
- Monitor and update cash-flow on daily basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly accounts.
- Review financial results and variance analysis against budget and actual results.
- Liaise with auditors,tax agent,company secretary and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with audit,tax and statutory requirement.
- Recommend appropriate control measures and monitor management's resolutions.
- Ad-hoc financial functions/assignments from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Required skill(s): SAP, MS Excel.
