- - To investigate and conduct root cause analysis of complaint inflicted equipment at customer site
- Collect and analyse the data at customer site for an improved rectification reaction time
- Identify common problems with running products
- Make lesson learned reports available for new engineering projects
- Communicate by all possible mean.(ie: email, telephone etc the required data to the global quality organisation and or business until for action.
- Highlight additional non technical findings and customer perspectives on site
- Participate and / or leading product improvement quality projects
- Communicate and assist other members of the global quality organisation with respect to quality projects execution as required
- Follow up the quality issues and / or projects in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and suggest possible solutions based on data received and investigations carried out at a customer site.
- Communicate any process issues identified during quality projects to the process & project quality group regarding process issues seen or reported by the customers whilst in the field.
- Carrying out audits and tests on site to facilitate customer satisfaction and issue resolution. - Requirements :
- - Degree/Diploma Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical
- At least 4 years working experience in related field is required for this position
- Good Spoken & written English - Lowest Qualification :
