- - Oversee of the First Article activities
- Manage the calibration system for all metrology equipment and fixtures in the factory.
- Ensure that all statistical, metrology and plastics parts evaluation reports are delivered accordingly.
- Oversee the Metrology and First Article Sections’ planning and Quality management
- Ensure that quality records are well maintain and readily available for reference or customer audit.
- Ensure that FA technicians perform/execute in accordance to specification state in PIP (Part Inspection Plan)
-Train the subordinates to ensure the correct work instruction is produce for production purpose and quality objectives.
- To set-up tester and verify the tester before mass production.
- Any other project assigned by the superior as and when required - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations in Medical Devices and Quality Assurance Process or Procedure.
- Familiar with ISO System, quality tools eg. SPC, GD & T, FMEA, Inspection Plan and etc (QA).
- Knowledge in ISO Standards.
