- - Manage the overall production activities of the particular production department (Medical Devices)
- Interpret and enforce company policies
- Coach subordinates on technical aspects of the job
- Conduct formal performance appraisal to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the employees
- Identify the training needed (OJT) for employees to acquire the skills/knowledge necessary for advancement and ensure that the appropriate training is obtained
- Investigate and/or settle employee grievances/complaints
- Frequent review and provide feedback concerning the accuracy and efficiency of employee’s work
- Examine raw materials to avoid contamination and avoid producing poor quality parts in the Cleanroom.
- Analyze and interpret production data for management review
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, machineries and other resources to achieve production targets
- Any other project assigned by the superior as and when required - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations in Medical Devices.
- Knowledge in ISO Standards especially ISO 13485: 2003 (Medical Devices)
