Description :: - Oversee the operation of all the departments stated in the Organizational Chart
- Review quotation for contract
- Conduct Production Meeting
- Provide support and assist in implementation of the ISO certification program
- Ensuring production is able to meet the quality criteria set by the quality.
- Use of an Enterprise Resource Planning system / Styeline (ERP) to monitor production on the lead times, lot sizes, bill-of-materials and labor.
- Play a role in reducing the rework cost.
- Ensuring that the discipline of his staff is in line with company policy.
- Meet customers to resolve both technical and commercial issue.
- Accountable for failure of new program due to operation issue.
- Accountable for missing sales target due to operation issue.
- Assist the General Manager or act on behalf when the General Manager is out of the office
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Knowledge in ISO Standards.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
