- - Perform method & time study for PCBA & box build process.
- Perform failure analysis & implement improvement plan.
- Design & control of PCBA & box build process.
- Driver for product's yield and quality improvement activities.
- Key person for product prototype run and drive for improvement before mass production build.
- Coordinate for new lines set up and process change.
- Process improvement & line balancing for new and existing products.
- Exceed performance goals set for safety, equipment uptime, cost, productivity, quality and yield in a LVHM and/or HVM environment through detailed engineering analysis. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry.
- Familiar with MTM2,MOST & other related method & time study systems.
- Computer literature.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team work. - Lowest Qualification :
