- - Ensure efficient operations of the plant including ensuring optimum output and utilisation of manpower and machinery's are carried out under controlled conditions including the use of suitable production equipment, suitable working environment and approved processes;
- Hands on knowledge on preventive maintenance and planning, manufacturing processes and cost manufacturing;
- Monitoring Daily Attendance of production workers and arrangement for resource requirement to meet production targets;
- Oversee compliance of all procedures and policies concerning all areas of quality, regulatory, safety and human resources;
- Troubleshoot processes related problems and counter formulate corrective action plan to avoid recurrences;
- To work closely with the Sales & Technical teams to analyse demand, and material flow, information flow to meet customer requirements;
- To drive industrial relations harmony and accountability for all plant KPIs and ensure adequate staff training and development;
- Planning of yearly production schedule and execution which includes initiating and/or implementation of procedures through approved operating procedures;
- Set and achieve aggressive targets with the team in meeting the Company's goals and objectives; - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), or Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
with at least 1 to 2 years of management experience in the field of manufacturing;
- A team player with leadership qualities, demonstrating good interpersonal skill and is results orientated;
- A resourceful aptitude with the ability to work under pressure;
- Analytical and result orientated
- Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Office)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Chinese and local dialects will be helpful.
- Preferably Junior / Senior specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
