Description :: •Create, maintain, optimize and support new and existing complex reports; includes nested reports
•Expert analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to trace report performance issues to root cause
•Experience gathering requirements from users, creating and modifying reports
•Ensure availability of systems and infrastructure by pro-active monitoring, maintenance and management of system
•To monitor all application system server software and Database server
•Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN environment
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills combined with ability to provide quick resolution to problems
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in a related field of study.
•Candidate must have minimum of 2 year(s) of related working experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong leadership that includes analytical and problem solving skills and good time management.
•Proactive, fast learner and a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
•Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with ERP and Crystal report is advantageous
