-To lead and supervise cocoa preparation line (new line).
-Follow work instructions, Company policies and procedure.
-Manage workflow by assigning tasks based on schedule.
-Oversee safe and proper use equipment and schedule maintenance.
-Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
-Guide and lead team, monitoring their productivity.
-Detect issues in efficiency/improvement and communicate with team.
-Prepare reports and present to immediate superior.
-MUST have minimum 2 years of working experiences in premixed food/beverage manufacturing
-Basic computer literacy
-Able to work as rotate shift
