Description :: Primary Function:
• Responsible to ensure for daily functioning of the assembly and manufacturing
operations are according to production schedules, quality in place and targets are
met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing of tool-projects for tool development, fabrication, test, buyoff tool
delivers phases;
• Monitoring of Project progress and delivery schedule;
• To ensuring project documentation and files are maintained in line with company
procedures;
• Manage technical interfaces between customer/suppliers and customer operation
with a view to ensuring all project execution work is conducted on-schedule,
within an agreed engineering budget and complies with the customer contract
specifications;
• Responsible for tooling scheduling, material readiness and processing
Engineering drawings & quotes, FA report analysis, FA submission.
• Prepare and update project documentation (flow chart, control plan, process work
instructions etc).
• Miscellaneous program related projects
Requirements :: Academic Qualification: Minimum diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Work Experience: Minimum 4 years experiences in related field. Preferably in metal fabrication
and plastics tooling.

Others: Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO13485 is an added advantage. Positive attitude,
high level of integrity, able to work with others independently. Ability to work under tight
dateline. Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
