- 1) Carry out daily in-process, incoming or out-going inspection
2) Carry out inspection to meet customer’s requirement if not meet reject the part.
3) Ensure measuring and testing equipment
4) Ensure product & checked to meet Customer’s requirement
5) Identify the reject non-conformance products to sub-con
6) Maintain and up-date Quality records
7) Check the measuring & test equipment’s status are calibrates before use.
8) Stop & reject production lot which have failed to meet customer required specification
9) Raise non-conformance report. - Requirements :
