Description :: -Plan and conduct food safety and hygiene inspection to ensure operation comply with the food safety & quality management system.
-Plan and conduct the ISO/HACCP internal audits.
-Compile and following up the hygiene inspection/ internal audit findings, ensuring that the non- conformance is rectified within the stipulate period.
-Recommend and monitor the corrective and preventive actions to be taken.
-Plan & Coordinate for monthly sample collection and perform hand swab and equipment swab test.
-monitor, Compile and analyse test result.
-conduct investigations for satisfactory test result if any, and provide the root cause and corrective action to be taken
-Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
-conduct quality verification on returned goods objectively to determine the outcome of the returned goods.
-Prepare and submit the monthly QA management report.
-to support audits conducted by regulatory inspectors or by customers

Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
-At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Johor Jaya.
-Have good grasp of ISO/ HACCP
