Description :: • Responsible for day to day factory operation & handling of precast projects.
• Identify and resolve issues/conflicts among production teams.
• To ensure the sub-contractors performance & quality are in line with the Company standard & requirement.
• To lead & ensure all works standard are in compliance with the Company Quality Standard.
• Works closely with clients representative & consultants for effective resolution of production matters.
• To ensure the production are according to the predetermined schedule & make revision if need arises.
• Ensure timely preparation of multiple production reports on monthly basis.
Requirements :: • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• At least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing / Construction field.
• Knowledge in Precast Industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability & problem solving aptitude.
• Outstanding organizational & leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills
