Description :: • Supporting and leading the department activity towards organization success.
• Ensuring procedures and instructions as defined are implemented by subordinates.
• Establish a cooperative relationship within and amongst departments.
• Supporting preparations of analysis and managerial report including Business Plan, Company Budget and Profit & Loss Forecast.
• Liaising with company secretarial to prepare board of director resolution.
• To educate, develop, supervising and providing job training to direct subordinates.
• Preparing Statistics reports for submission to the Bank Negara and government bodies.
• Monitoring account payable, account receivable and pre-payment schedule.
• Update & monitor Cash Flow from time to time.
• Preparing reports on Corporate Tax and dealing with external Tax agent.
• Ensure timely preparation and online submission of Indirect Tax report as well payment to Malaysia Custom.
• Performing any other Finance related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.
Requirements :: - Diploma or above in business related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on handling accounting in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge in computerized Accounting system especially in NAV system.
• Good analytical skill, communication skill and interpersonal skill.
• Good problem solving, reliable decision making and leadership.
• Well verse working in computer spreadsheet
• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline.
