Description :: - Remove old insulation and dispose of it properly.
- Dismantle insulation for mechanical / Electrical repair and install it back properly.
- Do the maintenance for the insulation (hot/cold), replace the defect insulation when necessary.
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Determine the amount and type of insulation needed.
- Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes or equivalent.
- Fasten insulation in place with staples, tape or screws.
- Use compressors to spray insulation into some spaces.
- Install plastic barriers to protect insulation from moisture.
- To advise and monitor insulation contractor which coming into for big task of insulation repair / rebuild.
- Follow safety guidelines as stipulated and govern by Malaysia Law and company Guideline.
Requirements :: - Minimum of 3 years working experience with hands on with maintenance / engineering task and scheduling.
- Familiar with requirement of good housekeeping and store keeping.
- Having experience working in food and beverage plant is additional advantage.
- Familiar with type of insulation and knowledge on the thickness requirement base on temperature.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
