- • Responsible for the company-wide calibration of measuring tools and equipment used are calibrated and maintained to ISO standard.
• Carry out First Article Inspection for NPI samples, raw material and tooling qualification.
• Perform inspection and measurement of part as needed.
• Train and assist QA inspector on daily inspection.
• Report to Supervisor and relevant parties for non-conformity detected.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior. - Requirements :
- • At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (any discipline) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, GD&T, First Article Inspection.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar in handling measurement equipment (CMM, vision, micrometre, drop gauge, DTI, etc.). - Lowest Qualification :
