Description :: - Plan to ensure development and attainment of quality standards for all outlets operation.
- Plan and ensure all outlets are in tip top condition and compliant to principal standard.
- Liaise with outlet manager and supplier on equipment purchase.
- Liaise with admin on outlet biz license application with local authority.
- Liaise with principal on design guidelines and compliances.
- Liaise with shopping management on design approval and work permit.
- Oversee the development of the new outlet renovation project till outlet opening.
- Formulate and enhance outlet standard SOP to ensure all outlet are run effectively.
- Source and liaise with shopping mall management on new outlet setup.
- Source, appoint and liaise with sub-contractor on renovation work.
- Maintain high level of customer service, satisfaction and integrity and minimize dissatisfaction and returned product
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
