Description :: -Responsible to develop, implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Assurance system in company.
-Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
-Responsible to promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the company.
-Responsible to manage department and overall expectations within setting schedules, costs and resources.
-Responsible to set objective and ensure that objective are achieved.
-Responsible to involved in new product and market development and ensure new product are able to meet food safety and quality requirement in the company
Requirements :: -Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in food industry.
-Experience in food manufacturing and quality system.
-Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
-Initiative and self-motivated.
-Able to work in challenging and fast-paced environment.
-Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
-Good command of verbal and written in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu.
