Description :
-Lead and manage Quality Assurance team to ensure work premises are meets standards, food safety and Halal requirement.
-Lead, maintain and monitor on the Quality Management System and food safety activities implementation.
-Implements, monitors and develop procedures, standards and specifications to meets a company’s
food quality/safety goals and legal requirements (e.g., Halal, HACCP, ISO)
-To continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making
recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
-To continuously review the hygiene and operation inspection, identify the problems and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
-Build up good relationship with local authority and assure full compliance with national and international quality/food safety related legislation.
-Work with outlet manager to ensure that the food safety/ quality and outlet cleanliness are well maintained.
-Conduct monthly kitchen and outlet audits and reports to the top management on the food safety, quality and cleanliness (QSC) related problems and complaints.
-Trained and maintained good hygiene practices across all outlet.
-Conduct and arrange Food Handling Training and ensure that all certifications (Typhoid, Food handling, etc) are up-to-date.
-Lead and execution of culture changes and activities needed to support KUUVANCHA Continuous Excellence.
-Determine training needs and conduct training which related to quality and food safety.
-Justify the validity of the customer complaint and follow up the corrective action plan.
-Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
-Others as and when required by management. 
Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at leastvDiploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor'sDegree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Food Technology/ Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Others or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
-At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Food Hygiene Regulations 2009, ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal
-Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
