Description :: - To ensure the safety of boiler system operation and cleanliness of Boiler house.
- To record the boiler operation into the log sheet, and report to HOD if any abnormal operations arises.
- To turn on/off the steam supply to production upon request of production shift engineers.
- To start up and shut down boiler according to production schedule.
- To performs boiler and its ancillary equipment autonomous maintenance.
- To record the utility of gas and water daily.
- To operate and record of water filtration processes.
- To operate and record of air compressor, chillier and water level.
- To ensure compliance to health and safety
procedures as require by FMA or OSHA.
Requirements :: - Must possess Grade 1 Boiler Certificate issued by DOSH.
- At least 2 year(s) of boiler hands-on operation experience in manufacturing/production field, preferable in food industries
- Able to work independently and minimum supervision.
- Shifts work applied.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
