Description :: 1. Supervise, lead and train QC Inspector for product measurement using VMM.
2. Able to do basic programming for automatic measurement using VMM.
3. Able to design basic JIG for measurement purpose.
4. To assist Manager in all QC & Process operations.
5. To monitor and identify daily production quality issues.
6. Provide process documentation and operating instructions for QC Inspectors.
7. Report to superiors for any unusual product observation and analytical results.
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM and above
- Working experience in rubber & plastic industry are preferable.
- Computer Literate
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
